The spirit of Quintin Forest
Changing Colors LLC began as a vision of my recently deceased domestic partner, Quintin Rashard-Jmarr Forest. Having personally experienced exploitation, homelessness, and addiction at a young age, Quintin deeply understood the struggles of at-risk youth. He passionately believed that no young person's voice should go unheard, dedicating his life to advocating for those in need. Though he passed before we could form the agency, his spirit and unwavering commitment are the foundation of everything we do.

What makes Changing Colors LLC unique is our truly person-centered approach. We don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Our dedicated case managers meet young individuals exactly where they are in their journey, assessing their unique needs during intake and providing any and all necessary services completely free of charge. From immediate support like safe drop-in services and basic necessities to assistance with vital identification documents, we're here to restore dignity, stability, and hope.

Our mission at Changing Colors LLC is to honor Quintin Rashard-Jmarr Forest’s legacy by providing compassionate, barrier-free social services to at-risk youth vulnerable to exploitation, substance use, or homelessness. We meet young people where they are, helping them move toward safer, healthier futures. Our vision is an Ohio community where every young person—regardless of their circumstances—has access to safety, dignity, and the resources needed to survive, heal, and thrive, sustained entirely through the memory of Quintin Rashard-Jmarr Forest.
